The Certified Appraisers Guild of America confers the professional membership designation CAGA to recognize the completion of the appraiser's certification. Members are professionals who have completed the certification process. In addition, the members have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild Code of Professional Ethics and to the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

We specialize in estate appraisals for probate. Other areas include; gift and charitable donations appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, as well as, divorce and casualty loss appraisals.
